Persimmon

The production of Spanish persimmon in recent years has grown considerably. This fruit, in its Rojo Brillante variety, grows spontaneously in the Valencian Community. Clasol controls this product in the field and warehouse, where, through chambers with a controlled atmosphere, astringency is eliminated to produce a sweet and fleshy taste on the palate.
